Restore Hope

So many individuals with special needs are often over looked or feel out of place. In our program we strive to make every person feel needed and necessary. Working with our community, we insure our group is welcomed and appreciated. When joining Charlene's Angels, you are joining in on normalizing our differences. Our "Angels" partake in many community activities like volunteer work or school programs.
