Helping our Angels stay healthy is at the core of our mission in order to keep their bodies, mind & souls healthy and reduce the risk of developing diseases like type 2 diabetes cardio-vascular disease. Research has proved that regular physical activity and exercise can have immediate as well as long term positive health benefits. The "Regular Physical Activities" curriculum at Charlene's Angels is specifically designed to improve the quality of life for our "angels". The regular physical activities include sports, entertainment, exercise and fun. Through a variety of off-campus events, our "Angels" get the unique opportunity to engage in physical activities at waterparks, putt-putt courses, bowling alleys, shopping malls, apple orchards, and zumba exercices.
